This program is excellent, there is a form for just about anything you need! The features included are awesome how you fan sign, fax, email, etc. I love how you are notified when your document is viewed, and how records are kept! I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. More than what it says on the tin
I am forever annotating drawings for the Home Improvements I offer my customers. We can assume that people understand drawings but most don't. The extra points I can make using arrows and text make it easier for my customers to understand and I know it helps me win business.
The software is easy to learn (I'm old so my patience with new programmes is not good). It has never frustrated me to use.

It is actually free helfpful without ads
It is actually free and I don't have to put in a card before, and there are no ads it feels illegal with all the other sites doing only 10% of what this one does and asks you to sign up for months

I have to do alot of document changes in my scope of work. This was the easiest program I've used in the 28 years I've worked in the corporate world. It's everything I have always wished I had at any given point but all in one pretty little program. Usually, theres always one feature not thought of or you dont have the option for, I didnt feel that at anypoint. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised each time when there it was in all its glory, the key option I needed. Thank you

Is a deposit a contract?
A Not many people realize that when they hand over a deposit they have made a legally binding contract. The basic rule is that a deposit acts a surety for you entering into the contract and effectively guarantees that you will fulfil your side of the bargain.
Should a deposit be refundable?
What is a non-refundable deposit? A deposit is part of the total cost of something or an advance payment paid for at the time of booking. Businesses will sometimes insist it's non-refundable if you cancel and even write it into the contract.
Do you legally have to give a deposit back?
The obligations of the contract work both ways, so the business doesn't have to return your deposit if you change your mind. For example, if you paid a deposit to a shop to hold an item for you, and you later decide you don't want the item, the shop may not be obliged to refund you your deposit.
What does refundable deposit mean?
Definition. The term refundable deposits refers to cash collected from credit customers that a company expects to return after a specified period of time, or when certain conditions are satisfied. When companies collect this money, the intention is to return it after a relatively brief period of time.
Can you get wedding deposit back?
A deposit is rarely refundable. “Once a vendor books a wedding date, the likelihood that they'll be able to rebook that date if their client were to cancel is greatly diminished.” If there's even a one percent chance you'd like someone else better, exhaust your options, so you can feel good about making this decision.
When should you get your deposit back?
You should usually get your deposit back within 10 days of agreeing on the amount with your landlord. It can take a lot longer if you and your landlord disagree on the amount that's being taken off.
