I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? I love the program, would be easier to fill dates on my form if I could type the date without the scrolling box. I also wish it was a smoother flow to save/print and back.

I am about to try a "big" project: i.e. preparing a Pre-printed PDF format Quit Claim Deed. If PDFfiller doesn't work I will have to invest in a typewriter. I'll update this again if I can when I have finished.

What do you like best?
PDF filler is very user-friendly. My favorite features are that it saves your docs. This makes it easy to keep editing docs that you use over and over. Also, when you use the erase feature, it keeps the eraser on the same line, which I could never do on my own! At the end, you can download the whole doc, or individual pages, this feature really helps and saves time on splitting the document with other programs.
What do you dislike?
Once docs are ready, the loading time to save can sometimes feel slow. Also, uploading the docs can sometimes feel slow. This is not a deal breaker, but perhaps something that can be worked on. I think there should also be a feature where you can upload docs one after the other for the same session, and it will merge the docs (or ask if you want to) and edit them together. It seems right now we have to edit each separate if they are not already joined, save them, and then go to another program to merge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have an option to merge docs, make speeds quicker.

I recommend this product.
This program makes it so easy to fill out any PDF. It really helps in our office for everything to appear highly professional.
It is taking me awhile to learn this software, but I think that once I master it that it will be very helpful in our office.

It is actually free helfpful without ads
It is actually free and I don't have to put in a card before, and there are no ads it feels illegal with all the other sites doing only 10% of what this one does and asks you to sign up for months

What do you like best?
How easy it is to use! Uploading files right out of my Gmail?! Yes, please. Easily downloaded to just about any location that I want. I'll take that too. Add and edit just about any document. I'm all in.
What do you dislike?
Editing sections to look exactly like the scanned portion can be difficult and sometimes not possible.

I mainly use this for signing and sending documents.

How do you look up a deed?
Start with the tax assessor. All the information that most people will need or want to know about a deed will be on record with the county tax assessor, such as the current owner, sale dates, price history, and current valuation. Find the records section. Examine the record.
Do I need a copy of my recorded deed?
If your deed has been recorded in the County Clerk's Office, the recording is valid whether you have a copy in your possession. Property records are available for inspection, copying, and certification at the Land Records Division of the County Clerk's Office.
Do I need a certified copy of my deed?
Answer: The simple answer is that you do not need a certified copy of your deed. In fact, once the deed to your house is recorded into your names, you really do not even need the deed at all. Typically, when a consumer buys a house, he/she goes to a settlement attorney or title company.
What happens after a deed is recorded?
An owner legally transfers his property to another person on an instrument known as a deed. At the time of transfer, the owner usually records the deed by filing it in the land records of the property's county, but it is not required for it to legally transfer title to the new owner.
