I am using this service as an ex-pat in Ecuador to communicate with government services in the U.S. Not certain yet if offices like Social Security will accept forms mailed from an online-filler service, so am withholding the 5th star until I know they'll actually accept my forms.

I like using the program the only downfall for me is unless I pay more for the subscription I'm not allowed to use the premier options. That is my opinion It's already expensive for me since I really only use it for tax returns.

If it were possible to drag and drop email addresses from my email to the pdf filler I believe it would be easier. I'm writing them down currently and then typing in the information.

Quick and Easy
I needed it to quickly fill out some forms. Inserting text so it lines up with lines on the form is a little tricky, but other than that, pretty straightforward. Would definitely recommend!

I don't usually leave reviews...Customer service is A+
I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time.Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time.Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle.

How do I open and edit a DOCX file?
Microsoft Word (version 2007 and above) is the primary software program used to open and edit DOCX files. If you have an earlier version of Microsoft Word, you can download the free Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack to open, edit, and save DOCX files in your older version of MS Word.
How do I edit a DOCX file?
If you need to edit or modify the document, you will need to use OpenOffice. DOCX Word Documents are different from the DOC version in that they use the Microsoft Office Open XML format. The Open XML format makes it easy for other programs, such as Apache OpenOffice, to read DOCX files (and other Open XML file types).
How do you open a .docx file?
If you need to open a . DOCX file on your phone or tablet and haven't yet installed the free Microsoft Word app, start by doing so now. Android: Open the Play Store app in the app drawer, search for Microsoft Word, and then tap INSTALL on the app.
How do I open a DOCX file in Windows 10?
Open. Doc files with Microsoft Word.
Go to File > Save As.
Select the Folder or Path where you want to save the file.
Name the file or rename the file.
Click on Save as types drop down menu. Select Word Document (*.docx)

If you don't have Word installed, or your version of Word is older than 2000, you can still open and print a DOCX file using the Word viewer in addition to the Compatibility Pack. You must have both the Microsoft Word reader and the compatibility pack installed to open DOCX files.
How do I convert an open document to Word?
Right-click on the .ODT file and select “Open with” “Worded”. This will not work in Windows XP.
Click “File” and select “Save as” “Open Office XML document”.
Name and save the file wherever you'd like. The file will now be a .doc file.
