Getting acquainted with it. Pretty good. Would be a big help to be able to copy and paste whole cell entry(e.g., multiple-line entry within a cell) into another cell. Also, clumsy toggling between a p.1 and p.2 of a device - several interruptions to tell me the document was being edited.

Very Satisfied and excellent customer service. After a charge dispute, the error was fixed immediately. Then had a print problem and that problem was corrected before I could explain to CS. Great service!!!!

This program is excellent, there is a form for just about anything you need! The features included are awesome how you fan sign, fax, email, etc. I love how you are notified when your document is viewed, and how records are kept! I don't know how I ever lived without it! just wished i knew how to use it better...

It was fairly easy to search out IRS forms but then you find out they're not usable because they're in Red!?! Also it said if you paid for a one-year subscription you save 65%, but the yearly cost was exactly the same as paying monthly and you didn't know this until you processed your payment???

I loved using this program and I don't mind (too much) paying for it, but at age 78 I don't fill out enough forms t5o justify the expense of subscribing. What about a per use fee?

It's not often I even respond to satisfaction surveys because as a business owner seldom do I find a company that lives up to it's hype. However, I am more than pleased to say that PDF filler provides both an outstanding product and platform as well as stellar customer support. I really like working with the filler although there could be better control in the editing. I believe it could be more intuitive as to the fields which are potentially fillable and place the cursor within those lines automatically. It is fussy to try to line it all up.

The UI were strange at times(As I sometimes had to look for something specific) , but overall my experience were really good as I am able to achieve my goal everytime with ease. I were using the edit pdf feature and again a bit of trouble trying to establish what I was looking for, but once I found it, it was quite an ease.
