This program worked for me when I had to do a state specific purchase & sale agreement/real estate. All six signers lived in different states and so had to digital sign. Easy to walk them through it.

Overall, it was good.
Saying it is free is misleading.
I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free".
The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

pdfFiller you need this!
I have had nothing but an easy time with this software. It helps me daily with all my forms I need to either add or change something on. It is truly worth the price. Once you get it you will not know how you lived with out it.
I like the ability to edit any PDF document edit it, change it and or recreate it.
I truly have not found any issues with this software it just works.

Simple, online services that can be accessed anywhere as long as you're online, Really helpful for road-warriors, salesman on the go. User friendly and output file as your preferred file-type.
What do you dislike?
Need online access, sometimes struggling for no network access, helpful if you have the mobile apps for signing PDF Files. Also would be great if can be exported in secure PDF

What do you like best?
I love how I can neatly complete compliance filings that don't have a fillable PDF format using PDF filler. I can type on the form in PDF filler instead of having to print a hard copy and hand write or use a typewriter - who even has access to one of those anymore, lol?
What do you dislike?
It can be tricky to get the alignment just right and then save the completed document.

How to edit w-8BEN form?
No alterations or correction fluid is accepted on the W-8BEN form. Any amendments will lead to the rejection of the form. Note that some changes in your personal circumstances may require the W-8BEN form to be re-completed in order to continue to claim a reduced rate of withholding tax under the DTA.
What happens if I don't fill out W8BEN?
If the withholding agent does not collect a W-8BEN form from the foreign employee or contractor, the worker will be subject to the full 30% tax withholding rate on their U.S. income.
How often should W8 be updated?
Generally, a Form W-8BEN will remain in effect for purposes of establishing foreign status for a period starting on the date the form is signed and ending on the last day of the third succeeding calendar year, unless a change in circumstances makes any information on the form incorrect.
