Try Them Out
Give the trial period a go, you’ll be fully exposed to the functionality of the site. Customer support is communicative and relatively fast. The site wasn’t a fit for my personal needs, but the things that it did do, it does well. Reasonably priced also if you find yourself constantly editing PDFs.

Program allowed us to create fillable checklist for employees to use on jobs. The connectivity to other platforms really helped make it a snap to upload and rework forms for maximum efficiency.
We don't use it enough to maintain a constant subscription--would like a month by month subscription that could be turned on/ off as needed.

We were trying to print a government form. It kept going to buy a package wjhich we already had. Kara was able to one time purchase the supream package so we could print and then she bot us back on the basic plan. She was very helpful. Thank you!!!

I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. What is an embedded lease?

How do I account for an embedded lease?
As a general rule, an embedded lease exists if there is an explicit or implicit identified asset in the contract and the customer controls use of the asset. How is leasing different from renting?
The difference between lease and rent is that a lease generally lasts for 12 months while a rental agreement generally lasts for 30 days. That means the landlord can't raise the rent without your written consent or evict you without cause, and you can't stop paying rent or break the lease without consequence.
