While easy to use, plenty of features and very helpful for my needs, even with the follow-along snap menu to the right, it is simply not an intuitive dashboard..

I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem.
After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

So Easy to Use Anybody Could Do It
I have had a great experience with this program so far it has eliminated my need for some of the other programs I have tried which ultimately has saved a lot of money while also making my job a little easier.
PDFiller is so easy to use that you anybody can do it. It walks you through everything but you may not even need to do that its very clear and easy to navigate. This program also has saved me so much time and money on other options in which you would have to get more than one program to accomplish what just this one program does.
Once in a while I have to exit out of it because it freezes up, but I'm always able to go right back into it without having to wait.

The features are unmatched and the customer service has been outstanding! Anytime I have requested online support, I have received immediate and very detailed attention to help guide me through any feature, tutorial, description even with the ability to share templates or files and have customer support advise on any possible questions. This is what we've been looking for for all of our fillable forms and for obtaining e-signatures and it's at the best price point for businesses!
