You need some front end GUI. "What do you want to do?" "Create a brand new form from scratch?" "Make a PDF form fillable for your business?" etc.... I got the service and deleted my subscription only to play with it a little more and see the tiny, green side button that allows one to make the form fillable and then I realized this was a service I wanted. You are not demonstrating or advertising the best feature from the get-go.

Excellent!!! If this doesn't help you in today's busy office nothing will. I compare it to driving downtown. You know where you want to go but can't because of all the 1-way streets. It opens up all the roads.

I needed to create new documents when my original templates had disappeared because I moved and my email locked me out. PDF Filler came to the rescue and made it possible for me to create all new documents and templates and I was back in business.

When I played around with the trial, I liked how you had many options and the program layout was nice. Love the ease of use when trying to alter a pdf.
I wish I had a longer trial period and sometimes I could not save a file causing me to save over the original file.

I wish the updates had an option to keep the title and not make duplicates. I like to keep "my documents" organized and not all the downloads unless I want to save it as multiple copies. I love that it combines pdfs w other docs. I love the highlight and annotate features.

How are waived NBA players paid?
When a player is waived, their remaining salary which in the NBA is guaranteed if a player sticks on his team past Jan. 10 remains on the books for their original team. If a player is especially motivated to leave his current situation, they can forfeit salary in order to make a buyout more appealing for the team.
Why do NBA players get waived?
Waived is a term used to describe when a team wants to release a player before their contract is over. The team still has to pay the player the guaranteed money from the contract but will open up a roster spot to find other players. A team must have enough cap space to take on the player's contract to be considered.
What happens if an NBA player is waived?
A player is waived by a team means he is released by the team without any trade in which that player is involved. He will have some years left in his contract. If a team signs him within a specific period of time then they will pay him his remaining contract (this rarely happens).

Can NBA teams waive players?

What happens when a player gets waived?
A player is waived by a team means he is released by the team without any trade in which that player is involved. He will have some years left in his contract. If not then he will be given his old salary by the team that waived him. At the point he is waived and clears waivers, he is eligible to sign with any team.
How does the NBA waiver system work?
Waivers is a 48-hour period where teams are allowed to bid on a player's contract, and if they win the bid, that player no longer enters unrestricted free agency. If another team claims a player off waivers and wins the bid, they assume the remainder of his contract and the original team clears him off their payroll.
