Very easy to use
I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful.
I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

I mislead them on my intentions for the service level that I required. Once I brought it to their attention, I answered 3 questions; and the matter was immediately resolved. Outstanding customer service comms. !!!

What do you like best?
I love the fact that we can collect uploads AND money through filled PDFS
What do you dislike?
The entire site is very confusing and we have a hard time understanding where our active sheets are located within the site. We see things like "documents" and then we make a new template ... then lose which template is live and which one isn't. I also don't care for the fact that we cannot choose to have ZERO color in the field that the customer sees for filling in and I would love to be able to disable the "lock to grid" feature that is clearly on at all times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend reading through the site, reading through all the tutorials you can and getting very organized about what you are going to do before getting started.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We no longer have to deal with faxing our documents to customers to fill out, sign and fax back. We just tell them to go to our website . They are also so much more likely to complete the entire process including sending us pictures that we require and we no longer lose the pictures or get confused as to where everything is.

It is cumbersome to upload every document, fill it out, then download it. I wish there was a free program that let you fill out and sign pdf documents directly

How do I highlight fillable fields in PDF?
For help you may press the F1 key while viewing a form. button in the upper right hand corner of the menu bar of the PDF form. After clicking this button the Fillable Fields within the form will be highlighted in a light blue color which will allow you to enter your information within these fields.
How do I edit a PDF signature?
How to edit a digitally signed PDF document as the owner? Open the document that you want to change. Go to “View” → “Digital Signatures”. On your left, you should now see a list of all digital signatures contained within your document. Right-click your signature and choose “Clear Signature”.
How do I change the color of my signature in PDF?
You can choose your desired color to fill the PDF form. Click the color button in the Fill & Sign menu and choose your desired color. By default, the signature color is black. To retain the default color of the signature, make sure the Retain Original Color For Signature option is unchecked.
Why can't I use the highlight tool in PDF?
Ensure the PDF Is Not Restricted Considering that possibility, the PDF that doesn't allow you to highlight or select text may also be restricted to read-only mode. So, confirm whether the PDF's author has placed certain restrictions on it. If he has, request an unrestricted version of the PDF file.
How do I show headers and footers in PDF?
Add headers and footers, with an open document Open the PDF file to which you want to add the header and footer. Choose Tools > Edit PDF. In the secondary toolbar, choose Header & Footer > Add. As needed, specify the Font and Margin values. Type the text in any of the header and footer text boxes.
