Just started using the program today. Easy so far. A little problem with the aligment of fields. It would have been great to use the "tab" key to toggle between fields.

PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. After editing, I was able to save the pdf to my computer, send it by email, print it, and some other stuff that I didn't use. PDFfiler can also get remote signatures.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

At what age are you protected from age discrimination?
The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (AREA) protects certain applicants and employees 40 years of age and older from discrimination on the basis of age in hiring, promotion, discharge, compensation, or terms, conditions or privileges of employment.
At what age do you become a protected class?
People who are age 40 and older are protected from employment discrimination based on age by the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (AREA) of 1967. The AREA's protections apply to both employees and to people who are applying for a job.
What is considered a protected class?
Protected Class: The groups protected from the employment discrimination by law. These groups include men and women on the basis of sex. Any group which shares a common race, religion, color, or national origin. People over 40. And people with physical or mental handicaps.
Why is 40 the age for discrimination?
A lot of people start to worry about age discrimination around the age of 40, because in the United States it is illegal to discriminate against someone in employment based on their age as long as they are forty years old or older. Oddly, it is not against the law to refuse to hire someone because they are too young.
Is age 50 a protected class?
State and federal laws prohibit companies from discriminating against workers because of their age. The Age Discrimination in Employment Act, or AREA, is a federal law that protects workers older than 40 from unfavorable treatment based on their age.
What is WPA notice?
The Older Workers Benefit Protection Act (OW BPA) was introduced as a precautionary measure for employees over 40. The OW BPA protects older employees from discrimination by employers based on their age during the hiring, working, and termination of employment process.
What is an WPA disclosure?
The OW BPA, which is part of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (AREA), safeguards older workers' employee benefits from age discrimination. Specifically, the OW BPA requires that older workers provide a “knowing and voluntary” waiver of their age discrimination claims.
Who does WPA apply?
The AREA which includes the OW BPA applies to all employers with 20 or more total employees. Furthermore, in certain jurisdictions, some smaller companies may be covered by a similar state regulation. As for employees, the OW BPA covers employees who are 40 years old or older.
