I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Price point too high for how infrequent I would use this program but I did like its versatile options and over all user friendly templates, just had too play around a little bit to get it figured out!

This is an awesome program. I've searched for a long time and haven't been satisfied with what was available on the internet. This is a program that does what it says it can do and does it very well... finally!

Easy to use.
It's good that we have this product cause we can just sign PDF's without printing.
Sometimes it's hard to place the 'typing icon' in the right place for filling in information or data.

It works better than most others I've tried.It is sometimes a bit difficult to navigate as I dont use it too often. I dii have an issue with support, but they did finally undertand my query and they fixed it up, with a very good explanation.

What do you like best about the product?
I would say what is most helpful is being able to edit all PDF, and it is simple and user-friendly. Works quickly and is very cheap. I would definitely continue to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing really. I have not had any issues with the software. I guess it could be a bit cheaper, but for all of the different capabilities, I think it is a great price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of being able to edit and fill in PDF without creating an entirely new document, or having to write it in and scan it in, definitely has helped my business

I thought I only needed this temporarily
I thought I only needed this for an isolated use, but found it was much more useful in future applications. I appreciated it in a pinch.
