great except when i want to email something sometimes the other party can't view it as a pdf. i dont get why. I want an option to save my new document in my own hard drive but can't figure out how to other than emailing it to myself. add that option or help me find it.

Works great with laptop, but Was time consuming and difficult to work on IPad. Had to switch to my laptop in order to speed up the process and complet the job.

For a long time now, I have had a chronic tremor in my hands. Filling out a form of any kind would be a guaranteed source of anxiety and embarrassment. Every had a pdf file or document that you can't collect text sections,OR fill in a form, or add notations or extend a document. I did, and often, and I wanted it to look professional as possible, be online, so access from off office meetings was available, and documents changeable in an instant. One that when edited could be then be immediately sent by mail to my counter-party sitting across a meeting room table. Crucially important for editing legal documents. Then I found PDFfiller, it does that and more and I would highly recommend it, a reasonable cost for an excellent product that continues to update and improve its offering. Keep up the good work!
A little bit cumbersome in remembering how to download a finished document, could be just me, but clearer tags or instructions might help

I have used PDF filler often to complete PDF forms. The program is very user friendly. I love it!
I love the ease of use it creates when completing documents. It takes the hassle out of completing some of the complicated documents.
I really don't have any negative feedback about the software. Sometimes the text of the document overlaps and I have not figured out how to avoid that from happening.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. Thank you!
