What our customers say about pdfFiller
See for yourself by reading reviews on the most popular resources:
I've only used this service once, and I'm pleased with the outcome. My document looked more professional and I will use this service again. I think it's a bit pricey, so I suggest the company use a "one-time-purchase" option or free trial before buying.

My very small office (staff of 9)!needed a professional looking and very easy to use application for filling and signing document. I downloaded 8'different apps/programs for trial and comparison. PDF Filler left every other program / app in its' dust.

Perfect for paperwork
My overall experience would be that I love it and plan to continue using it going forward in life. It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient.
I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome.
I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. It doesn't happen often but has happened to me before.

Can my landlord make me pay his legal fees?
Answer: Your landlord's not just being greedy here, says Sam Hammerstein, a lawyer who represents residential and commercial tenants and tenant associations. “Most leases have a clause that says that if a landlord has to bring a court case about you, and they win, you'll have to pay their legal fees,” he tells us.
Can a landlord charge for cleaning?
In most cases, landlords should not charge tenants for a standard carpet cleaning. Because carpet cleaning is part of the overall turnover costs, that is usually covered by the landlords. What is typically included in a lease agreement?
Names of all tenants. Every adult who lives in the rental unit, including both members of a married or unmarried couple, should be named as tenants and sign the lease or rental agreement. How much does it usually cost to break a lease?
For example, you had three months remaining on your lease agreement, with a monthly rent of $1,200. A landlord finds a new tenant, but the new tenant is only paying $1,000 a month. You would then be responsible for paying the landlord the difference of $200 for the remaining three months, which would equal $600.
