What do you like best? Easy to use! I don't do tech well, and this is easy! What do you dislike? I'd like to be able to easily add links that are active. To insert a Page Break, you can either (a) go to the Insert tab at the top of the Word document and select Page Break (usually third icon from the left), or (b) go to the Layout tab and select the Breaks drop-down and choose Page Break at the top of the list.
Open the report in Design view. On the Design tab, in the Controls group, click Insert Page Break. Click the location where you want to place the page break control. Access indicates the page break with a short line on the left edge of the report.
In the Navigation Pane, right-click the report and then click Print Preview. On the Print Preview tab, in the Page Layout group, click Page Setup and set the margins, orientation and column settings that you want. Print Options tab settings.
Double-click the name of the report in the database window. Click the Setup button in the Print Preview toolbar. (For Access 2000, choose File | Page Setup.) Change the left and right margins from one inch to .75, or lower than needed, and click OK.

The page breaks partition only the body text of the document, whereas the section breaks partition both the body text of the document, and partition page margins, headers and footers, page numbers, and the like. ...
