It was pretty easy to use except when you hit the next tab it would take me to the text box to type but it would not allow me to type until I moved my mouse to that location and click. It would be easier if it would allow you to type in the box it moved you to so you don't have to keep going back and forth to the mouse. Also some boxes when completed there was not an option to click "next.

I LOVE pdfFiller!!!! However it would be better if I could have a shortcut icon on my Desktop... it would make my life soooooo much easier. I need this ability from pdfFiller. Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I like the easy of use of the interface and the user friendliness of the product.

The need to install java is the one thing I dislike about this product
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stop hesitating about whether this product will meet your needs, it will! Trust me. Act on your intuition and just try it. You will not want to stop after that have tried!
I think it is a better product that Adobe because of the price point and the many options that are available. I love the send to capture signature feature where this product allows you to get the signature of someone who does not even have the product at all.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Digital signatures and workflow becomes so much smoother using this product. I have also used it to do registration of students now we are working virtually - parents file the form out and I get notifications that they have completed the process so I can then pick up the completed form. This has worked great for some business needs that surfaced because of the current pandemic! I love this product!

Quick to respond and follow through
I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
