What do you like best?
This just helps a ton when I need to edit a pdf on my computer. I used to export PDFs as a jpeg and edited the photo and it was super stupid but this is perfect because I never have to try to remember how I edited a PDF the last time I did it.
What do you dislike?
It’s a little clumsy and took a bit for me to figure it out, which means I’m not excellent at explaining how to use it to other people that aren’t technologically inclined, but it still works really well.

I need to edit release forms and vouchers on a daily basis for my models and it’s a breeze with this extension on my laptop.

Quick to respond to email.
Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. Overall very handy. I did have a glitch in printing. When I hit Print Again, it made the page smaller and off center. This happened each time I hit Print Again on the CMS 1500 form, requiring me to go back and start from Print after each edit.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!
