My first send could not be read by the recipient, so I printed to send. THen cannot reuse forms ie erase and reuse parts. Otherwise getting better with it.

I use the pdf merge feature constantly. It's great for compiling packets, assorted documents, expense reports etc.

How do I terminate my Section 8 lease?
In order to terminate tenancy, the tenant must provide the owner with a written 30-day notice to vacate the unit, as required by the HUD lease. NOTE: The regulations for RHS Section 515/8 properties permit either the tenant or the owner to terminate the lease with a 30-day written notice.

How do you qualify for subsidized housing?
HUD regulates subsidized housing based on income limits. According to HUD, if individuals or families make 80 percent of the average annual income in the county, they are eligible for lower income housing. If they only make 50 percent of the average annual income, they can obtain very low income housing.

Proof of Income Documentation You need to verify your income with HUD to qualify for low-income housing. You can use IRS tax returns and recent pay stubs to do this. If you get into a public housing or Section 8 unit, HUD will look at your income documents annually to make sure you remain eligible.

Subsidized housing is housing in which the rent you pay is determined by your income. Subsidized or rent-geared-to-income (CGI) rents are about 30% of your gross monthly household income. For example, if your household earns $1,500 gross per month, then your basic subsidized rent could be about $500.

Charities, such as The Salvation Army, Catholic Charities, or the Red Cross may be able to provide emergency help with utilities and rent assistance. Go online to Local Independent Charities of America, to locate a charity that can give you the help you need.
