Had a problem with being unable to save a document. However Sam on the chat line was very helpful (although we could not recover it) and suggested changing the input from javascript to 'flash'. I have now managed to save it.

Small business friendly Filling out forms for business accounts and taxes looks very professional using this software. I recommend trying this product out. PDF forms are easily filled out for a clean, professional appearance. Just like using any new software, learning how it operates can be frustrating but with help and tutorials becomes easily used.

Easy way to fill in forms online Easy to get things filled in and returned to customers without having to print, write and then scan or fax back. Saves a lot of time in getting payment information from guests. This software doesn't really do anything else except for fill in PDF files. If this is all you need then great but it would be nice if it could do some other tasks with PDF files as well.

My subscription had expired My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. Excel's Auto Outline feature quickly hides detail noise, so you can view just a summary of your data. Excel offers a simple outlining feature that's helpful, but often overlooked by users. Auto Outline hides details, showing only the header and summarizing rows or columns.
An Outline allows you to switch your focus between summary information for a category and the details that make up that summary. It is easy to create an Outline — using Auto Outline — when you have formulas below each column and to the right of each row in your worksheet.
To clear an Automatic Outline, go to Data>Group and Outline>Clear Outline. If the Automatic Outline created does not suit your requirements, you may need to use a Manual Outline and create your own sub-groups.
To collapse an outline, click the minus sign (-) in the gray outline border over the columns or next to the rows to collapse. To expand an outline, click the plus sign (+) in the gray outline border over the columns or next to the rows to expand.
Select any cell in one of the rows you want to group. Go to the Data tab > Outline group, click the arrow under Group, and select Auto Outline.

Select the worksheet data. Go to the Data menu in the ribbon and look in the Outline group. Click on the Subtotal command. Select how you want it subtotaled (in our example, this would be by location and for each of the ice cream treat categories). Click OK.
