I am very happy with the service. It is easy to use and very versatile. It is, however, quite expensive for the annual plan. Even if I used this on a daily basis, I'd feel like50 a year is much more reasonable.

All i needed was the Rewrite PDF mode,
All i needed was the Rewrite PDF mode,but you hide it took me almost 30 minutes to find this.And almost get out from this site..if you see i'm uploading a PDF file, suggest me the rewrite mode from within the Preview mode, (or on right click on the document - with the remove to trash and all the other options)

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.

The fact that you can make templates for repeat use. That saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike?
The cost is a little high for what I use it for- just doing some monthly billing for a handful of clients.
