What do you like best?
Changing things (like dates) on insurance forms helps us a great deal when the insurance information stays the same and only the date needs changed. (Accord forms). We don't have to completely retype an insurance renewal form. So Handy

I have helped a colleague in inputting his information on flyers that had someone else's and the eraser showed lines in the final product. I had to figure out what was going on and I figured out I could increase the eraser to remove items rather than going over it several times (like wite-out tape).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to make changes to documents that you do not want to retype over and over again, then this product is a handy tool. Also, for doing 'already-made-up-flyers' to use for yourself by adding your own information is great. I used to have to remake everything with Corel Draw. This is waaaaaaay easier!!

Perfect for paperwork
My overall experience would be that I love it and plan to continue using it going forward in life. It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient.
I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome.
I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. It doesn't happen often but has happened to me before.

Easy to use!
Service was easy to sign up for and use. There were clear menu bars showing the tools and how to use them to edit my PDF files. Would recommend to others, would keep the service if I didn't already have the full paid version of Adobe PDF I only needed this one time on a computer other than my own or would have continued my subscription.

Thus far have managed to sign and complete forms, but can use a webinar to learn more. D id not know how to make changes that were not in the fillable portion.

The ability to add a template, and utilize the template instead of creating a new document every time.

This is the best editing platform I've ever used. It is user friendly and definitely gets the job done right. It definitely saved my day, I don't have to print out pages anymore.

I have found the software to be easy to use and has features that similar sites don't have. I have not yet spent much time to learn all of its features but I plan to. I would like to create forms and sell them on your platform. I would like to create some form that would allow a business to evaluate and identify its essential functions so that they may operate efficiently in times of, say a global pandemic.

What is a request notice?
Request for Notice means requests for notice issued under NRS 107.090 to receive notices of default under any recorded trust deed.
What is a deed of trust and request for notice of default?
The NOD Request for a mailing To initiate foreclosure by a trustee's sale, the trustee, on instructions from the trust deed holder, records the NOD. The NOD states the nature of an owner's money default, and what can be done (if anything) to bring the loan current, called reinstatement.

When the interested parties receive a notice of default, it means the borrower must immediately remit payment and other costs, such as filing fees, or the prime lender may take legal action, usually a foreclosure.
What is a notice of default and election to sell under deed of trust?
