I am very happy with this software..The Only problem I had was editing text that I had already entered. I read instructions and it seems that the only way to edit text is with the eraser, which is conveniently not included in the standard version. Correct me if I'm wrong.. Thank You

Easy to fill in forms.
Easy to use. Everything is labeled well so you can find what you need to do quick. The files are always where I need them to be.
I haven't had any problems using this software. There isn't anything bad I can say because I haven't ran into anytjing.

Enjoyable and functional.
Ease of use, functionality, and security features. I like the automatic lock out for the encryption and I enjoy the accuracy in identifying areas that need to be filled out.
That I cannot move folders within folders under the encrypted area. I would like to be able to drag folders into other folders. I would also like to merge more than 5 documents at a time.

This little program is life-changing.
This little program is life-changing. Needing to continuously reproduce docs from old paperwork and (business) historical documents is insanely time consuming. Retyping, reformatting you name it. Sometimes OCR software doesn't cut it. With this program, I've cut my frustration time by 90%. My production time is a breeze. The remaining 10% is my learning curve, but I"m figuring out more as I go, and when stuck? Kara is in chat to figure it and me out. Done.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I use this almost on a day to day with all kinds of documents. it is the best thing that has happen to me when it comes to computers. I have been trying to get everybody I know to get this program, I paid for the year and most likely will pay for next year too.

Can you rewrite a diploma exam?
Diploma Rewrite Registration Info & Deadlines Students rewriting a diploma exam must register and pay prior to writing a diploma exam. A student is considered to be rewriting a diploma exam if they have previously written that diploma exam any time during the current school year or within the two previous school years.
Are diplomas Cancelled?
Grade 12 diploma exams are cancelled. Under special circumstances, students can request to write a diploma exam. However, learning will continue for students. For more information, visit COVID-19 info for Albertans.
Can you challenge a diploma exam in Alberta?
Will this exam help me obtain an Alberta Education high school diploma? No, this exam cannot be used towards an Alberta Education diploma. However, it can be used towards a Conquest High School equivalency diploma.
What are Alberta diploma exams worth?
70% of the final mark comes from course work. The remaining 30% comes from the diploma exam. To pass a diploma exam course, you must earn a final combined mark of at least 50%. For example, if you get a mark of 68% from your school and 60% on the diploma exam, your official final mark is 66%.
How long does diploma marks take?
This process takes several days. In diploma examination subjects with written responses, up to two weeks is also needed to mark written responses.

Do universities look at diploma marks?
You'll probably want to know whether the grades your child is getting at school are going to be consistent with his/her future diploma exam results. Marks generally drop on diploma exams, just as marks generally drop for students in their first year of university.

And marks are also sent after summer school in August. Note: Colleges are looking only at the Admission Requirement Courses for a particular program. Meaning that if the only prerequisite course to get in to College is ENG4CI then that is the mark they are extracting to make their decision.
