I don't like that you have to hard return on open spaces or the text goes off the page. I don't like how there is not any guidance on the cursor in pre-developed forms-there should at least be a grid view option. I do like how clean it looks and intuitive it is to use.

The software in simple & I love it: however the video for how to: tells you what the form is used for; not how your software works. (I think that people already know what the 1099 int is used for)

The forms are easy to fill out and the online chat help was great. But I was a little confused when I was first starting and seemingly just thrown into the fire so to speak after what I thought was just filling in a form and really didn't have a 'how to video' before I was already in ther.

What do you like best?
I like the fact that it is a Swiss Army knife type tool that can do editing, signatures, electronic contract signing all in one easy to use package! I use it in several of my small businesses. It is much better in my estimation than the Adobe products......

Needed some Quick 1099's - PDF Filler Came to the Rescue
Good product for what it is designed for.
Downloaded this in a pinch when I need to get a vendor a 1099 last minute. Couldn't find anything that would allow me to do this on the IRS website and PDF Filler allowed to complete one in a matter of minutes. Definite a lifesaver and helped me save a relationship with a vendor.
Automatic renewal snuck up on me. I didn't mind paying for it the first year, but this year I didn't need it.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.
