How do I insert an image into a fillable PDF?

To insert an image into a PDF, you need to use the Edit object tool located in the Content tab on the right. When selected the tool, place cursor over the page and right click (CTRL click on Mac) and choose place image.

How do I add an image to a Google form?

You can upload an image, take a snapshot, direct the form to a URL, browse your Albums or your Drive, or do an online search for an image. Once you upload or select your image, it will be incorporated right into the question.

Can you add pictures to Microsoft forms?

In Microsoft Forms, open the form you want to add a picture and then select the form header section. You can choose to search for pictures and images from Bing, your OneDrive folder, or upload a picture from your computer or device.
