How do I split an Excel spreadsheet?
First, select a cell in column A. On the View tab, in the Window group, click Split. Notice the two vertical scroll bars. To change the window layout, use the horizontal split bar that divides the panes. To remove the split, simply double-click the split bar.
How do I split an Excel spreadsheet into two pages?
When you split a sheet into separate panes, you can scroll in both panes independently. Select below the row where you want the split, or the column to the right of where you want the split. On the View tab, in the Window group, click Split. To remove the split panes, click Split again.
How do I split a worksheet into panes in Excel?
Select the cell where you want to split the worksheet. In our example, we'll select cell C7. Click the View tab on the Ribbon, then select the Split command. The workbook will be split into different panes.
