It was very easy and it had help listed if you needed it. So, I felt it was a great system to use and I will be using in and have used it in the past but I don't have Verizon anymore and I forgot my password. So I just created a new account.

I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I have arthritis real bad, and it is painful to hold a pen, and fill things out. The ability to do all of this for my nurses, and care-provider's, with PDF filler online is a true blessing. I love that you can turn any document or picture into pdf. As a loan officer, I need copies of driver's license and social security. Everyone has a nice phone but the format is not PDF. This PDFfiller is the best. It only has a few fonts. That is the reason for the 4 out of 5.

Great Customer Service
Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. Zoe replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.

Very good service
Very good service. I used it once to fix my resume and forgot to cancel. Accidentally subscribed for an annual subscription so was shocked to see $321 come out of my account. That was all the money I had. I got in touch with the customer support team and they refunded the money and cancelled my subscription immediately. 10* customer service - love you PDFFiller!
