This is a pretty good tool to use for filling out, signing, sending, and working on high school scholarships! you can open .pdf files right on the program and fill them out and even sign them and email them to the recipient. The only downside is the cost, its kind of ridiculous in price.

Has a lot of features which will be most beneficial as soon as we learn to use them. Is an easy program to enter information into for forms and hopefully the longer we use it the more efficient we will become. Such as the feature of creating a template from a form instead of what we did which was to do it over and over again, and not recognizing the way to save it online.

I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I have arthritis real bad, and it is painful to hold a pen, and fill things out. The ability to do all of this for my nurses, and care-provider's, with PDF filler online is a true blessing. Amazing customer support I had to contact customer support because I, out of my own negligence, got charged for one of their products. They were extrememly helpful and resolved the issue, even though they had no reason to do so (except sympathy). Extremely nice customer support. Definitely recommend.

However, certain institutions such as banks require LCS to appoint an officer with the power to represent the company. If an LLC is to have officers, members must include an operating agreement in the Articles of Organization of the LLC that authorizes their appointment.
An LLC is not required by law to have officers run its daily operations, although some choose to do so. Officers include president, vice president, treasurer, controller, secretary, chief operating officer and chief administrative officer.
Officer Positions Typical positions include the chairman, who presides over managers' meetings. A president in charge of the day-to-day operations, a secretary that maintains the necessary LLC records and supervises meetings and elections and a treasurer to keeps the accounts and manages financial and tax information.
The law requires a board of directors and officers to be present in corporations. However, the guidelines for LCS aren't as strict. A limited liability company can choose to function like a corporation by having directors and officers, however, they can also choose to have no board and only one principal.
The basic structure of the LLC. Corporations must have a board of directors, as well as officers (president, treasurer, etc.). With an LLC, you can choose to operate like a corporation and set up officers and directors, Or, you can operate with much less formality and name a single person (yourself) as the principle.

What is the difference between a “member” and a “manager” of an LLC? A member is an owner of the LLC and is similar to a stockholder of a corporation. A manager is a person chosen by the members to manage the LLC and is similar to a director of a corporation. A manager can also be a member.
Authorized Member (AMBER) is a person who is authorized to execute and file records on behalf of the LLC. In a manager-managed limited liability company, the members elect those individuals, which will have the authority to manage or act on behalf of the company.
