Its user friendly and efficient! It makes all of contracts much easier to implement. It saves all of your information online so doesn't use your memory.

Fax option could be updated and better. I am a notary, but it would be much better if this option was more efficient as well for other people.

I am readily able to save documents and fill them out online copy and re-create new documents from previous ones. It is user friendly. I can send them to multiple clients at once for signatures with e-sign option.

Changed my small business capabilities
I am now able to manipulate documents and complete forms that I need to use on various government websites. This capability changes my small business and, as I bill for my services, gives my clients the absolutely best of what they pay me to accomplish!
I can't see any downside to this software. There is nothing I have tried to accomplish that I have not been able to do with this software.

How do I turn on the voicemail transcription?
Log into the Voice Manager. Go to Settings. Go to Messages Settings. Turn Messaging On. Turn Transcription On. Once Transcription is turned on, your voicemails will be transcribed as text. To access your messages, select Messages in the Voice Manager.
How do I activate voicemail transcription on my iPhone?
When someone leaves you a message, open the Voicemail app and tap on the new voicemail. The audio message starts playing automatically, and, if the person just left you the message, a Transcribing message displays while the message is being transcribed.
How do I turn on voicemail transcription?
Open the AT&T Visual Voicemail app. Tap the Menu icon. Tap Settings. Tap the Transcriptions button to turn transcription on or off.
How do I turn on voicemail transcription on my iPhone Verizon?
From a Home screen, tap the Messages icon. You can subscribe to Voicemail to Text via My Verizon. Tap the message from the calling party's number. The Voicemail is transcribed in the message. Open your Phone app. Tap on the “Voicemail” tab at the bottom of the screen. Tap on any recent voicemail to transcribe it. The transcription will soon be made available and should immediately appear after tapping on it from now on.
