I never used the internet to fill in forms and PDFfiller sure is a saver although I hever had any used of this type in the past, Thank you for making us illiterate users show us how to do it

Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

What do you like best? I print and distribute numerous emails every week. As such, I have tried quite a bit of PDF software over the past several years, I have seen that pdfFiller does everything I need, every time, in an easy-to-use way. There is none better for the price. What do you dislike? At times, it is difficult to find a saved file from within Google Chrome. Recommendations to others considering the product: Before making a selection, make sure to use evaluation versions. It's a shame to get saddled down with something and later discover that it's not right for you. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There is one peculiarity that I encounter every week. The first file that I modify is saved in the appropriate folder, and the browser shows me where to find it. For some peculiar reason, I have a hard time finding every file that I save after that. It could be an issue with the browser.

PDF Filler was easy to learn and use, I was able to get the signatures I needed, very satisfied. The only thing I was unaware of (could have been in the small print) was the trial obligation before being able to download my signed document. Overall Great experience.
