PDFFiller is a great tool! I have been very happy being able to fill in documents without having to print the document, then handwrite the answers on the document, so I could then scan it back in to my computer to send it off via email.

What do you like best?
I love that I can use it on my phone via app and on my desktop laptop. I love how quickly I can signed my documents and also send via email and no when the receiptant downloaded my document. I also like I can faxes as well.
What do you dislike?
There was a time I need to edit a document and was not able to do so and the customer service was no very helpful.

One thing is able to save on paper!!!

Users new to e-signature platforms always struggle with how to use it, indicating that some more work needs to be done to make it 'dummy proof'.

It's well worth implementing PDFfiller in any organization, especially those which have ongoing needs of signatures. The cost savings in staff time alone makes it pay for itself!

Easy to use with all the features we need for a pdf The way you allow to edit document is really great. Adding pages and adding images to pages works really well. Finally some application that has almost all the features we need to create or edit pdf.

customer support I had cancelled my subscription but it had not gone through and was charged. I explained this to the customer support team and they helped me very nicely and gave me a refund. It was efficient and very understanding!

What do you like best? The site is very easy to use. The layout and design make it very simple to choose the best option for formatting documents. Choices for template or regular document helps to organize which docs you need to reuse. Even if you are not experienced, the options to choose from are so clear, you cannot make a mistake....and if you do, you can fix it very simply. What do you dislike? This year with COVID-19, the difficulty of having documents signed, changing information and moving paperwork quickly has been a real challenge. With pdFiller, I have been able to address any paperwork issue that arises in an instant and then get documents back out for a new signature, or an update of information. This has saved me this year and helped me to meet all major and important timelines.
