pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
Sometimes its a little difficult to navigate around especially for making an application, but once its set it up it works well. Ive noticed 2nd pages are difficult for customers to see and fill out. Wish there was something that would prompt them to go to it.
overall my experience with PDF filler has been great. I have been able to generate numerous forms and have been able to save and email them as needed.
Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. Editing pdfs for sales quotes, etc.
What do you like best?
I love the ability to create forms from both pdfs and word documents. But the link to fill feature is my favorite. It allows persons to complete a form by simply sharing a link.
What do you dislike?
The sign now feature needs to be better developed. I need the ability for one person to complete a form and then get it signed by others before being returned to me.

We are able to cut down on printing cost, and have been able to reduce turnover time for gathering information.

Ability to edit pdf files and general ease of use
What do you dislike?
Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.

Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.
