I was very pleased with the user friendly nature of PDFfiller. I had a situation where a documented needed to be sent ASAP, and everything went precisely as planned without minimal effort.
What do you like best?
I love that I can use it on my phone via app and on my desktop laptop. I love how quickly I can signed my documents and also send via email and no when the receiptant downloaded my document. I also like I can faxes as well.
What do you dislike?
There was a time I need to edit a document and was not able to do so and the customer service was no very helpful.

One thing is able to save on paper!!!

very easy to use
It is very easy to use, very self explanatory.
If you could include an electronic signature platform or integrate one like with adobe sign or some other document signature software would be great.
Quick efficient and helpful
They answered my query really quickly and politely and refunded my subscription within 24 hours as I found I didn’t need it anymore. Fantastic service not often found!

Seamless conversion of files to various file formats.

Lag between switching to different parts of the interface and saving files disrupts the user experience.

Easy to fill out PDF files. Easy to convert image files to required formats. Safe storage of sensitive personal information in one location.

It helps me sign documents. I am use the product to fill in tax related forms. It has increased productivity for my business
