Well I paid for the year then could not access a file I did the same day. Then I sent my accountant a file via attachment since he says "not technical" & could not open it in pdfiller file, so I sent as attachment so he could complete but he could not so he wrote it in now I have to complete it & paying him the same.
Love it...with our computer system I can't figure out how to refile/reprint a claim with your PDFfiller form I can fill in the form print it and send it out.
I like the send to sign feature but customers have had difficulty printing copies. Asking for a review so often delays the processing I need to do on business.
Extremely convenient and VERY user friendly. This site made a very daunting situation very tolerable. Love the free week and the on-going rate of $6.00/mo.

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. I had an issue merging documents using my account. I submitted a help ticket and momentarily I was contacted by a representative who quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. The issue was resolved! I will continue being a paid pdf-filler customer for years to come!
