This product is wonderful. I use it to complete certain forms for real estate transactions that have blanks which must be filled in. This product allows me to fill in the blanks and then print a nicely completed product. Before using this product I wrote in my hand the information for the blanks which was made a less than neat finished product.
It is very user friendly. I do not like that you have to use the eraser to delete text but otherwise it is way better than other programs I tried. I am also having problems opening pdf filler links on my business account because it goes to my personal account every time because it's on the same computer. I will call customer to fix the problem. Otherwise we are very happy with it!

Had a technical issue where I couldn’t find my document. Somehow it disappeared. Contacted support via the chat and they were able to resolve the issue within minutes! Thank you so much for your help and for fixing the issue so quickly!

The Support Agent, Kara, that helped me with what I wanted to do was very accommodating and friendly. I had not fully explored the features of this application but I needed to get something rather urgently. Kara was very patient in explaining to me all that I needed to do. Among the advantages is it's easy to use and navigate interface. Additionally, it has support for over 20 different document formats. It can also access forms quickly and efficiently. The process of filling out the form is electronic and sign the document with the eSignature feature so multiple users can collaborate on the document at the same time. It also has special security features to keep all data safe.
The downside is that the existing form templates are very limited. It's also inappropriate.for relatively long documents besides mac or iOS version is not provided besides it has a subscription fee to pay.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.
