I got confused a couple of times when using PDFfiller, but their customer support was outstanding; they immediately responded and were very helpful.
PDFfiller is a solid solution for filling out yearly tax paperwork on my Mac. I'll be using it every year now.
A little overwhelming at first. Trying to send to a client to fill out a form but it seems a little difficult. A webinar would be nice. I am going through the FAQ with some success.
Easy to navigate and work with, I needed certian form that I was having trouble finding.
Lo and behold I checked PDFfiller and there they were. I was able to fill out the forms and use
them in my VA disability claim

Easy accessibility, signature verification, conversion to other formats, storage of documents, and ability to share to multiple platforms.
What do you dislike?
Zip Files - have to open and resave docs needed for uploading to other sources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Must be familiar with Zip files; Dashboard is super user-friendly; would not recommend for an occasional user - should have consistent need for the various services it provides.

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. I use this almost on a day to day with all kinds of documents. it is the best thing that has happen to me when it comes to computers. I have been trying to get everybody I know to get this program, I paid for the year and most likely will pay for next year too.
I didn't know a service like this existed but it is so convenient and safe or what is happening with the COVID-19 pandemic. I was able to mail very important documents without leaving my home.
