After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.

Its been a good experience so far. Although I have only used the service approximately 5 times it has been an efficient way to produce some general documents.

Great application. Only slight problem with address box, press the <enter> ket 3 or 4 times after filling sender address to keep it from printing over instructions in box immediately beneath.

Unfortunately I paid for PDFescape before I found you. I subscribed to the Ultimate - it was very user unfriendly with absolutely no online tutorials or help - and I am no novice, I have designed and published several of my own websites. I love that pdfFiller.com has a vast selection to search through, although it can be frustrating to find what you are looking for because even when you change the search information, the same ones pull right back up. The price is fair if you use it daily or at least 3 times a week, which I don't but I use it frequently enough since there is no cheaper option than the monthly rate.
