Sometimes it is hard to figure out the forms. I thought once I type in one form, that the information would replicate into the forms below, but that didn't happen.
It was the worst because I had no idea how to work the program. It took well over 5hrs for something that should have taken less than 5 mins had a I known what to do
By far, one of the best programs out there. You guys did a great job on this. I will certainly renew every year. Well worth every penny. There hasn't been one document where i was left unhappy with the outcome. Thank you again! JG Houston, TX

Very easy to use once comfortable with the process.
The alignment for entries is sometimes difficult to judge.

I Had £91 taken out my account for a subscription that i didnt know i had and could not afford, I went on the live chat and spoke with Maria, i told her my issues, she went above and beyond to help me.
She managed to cancel my subscription and issued a full refund she was an amazing agent

I like the professional government…
I like the professional government templates available but the layout of the actual site is a little tricky to understand how everything works on it.

The number of hours that I was browsing the site and the features I am more than satisfied and would recommend anyone who wants to have a higher PDF filler easy to use and a professional look is plus.
It met what I needed but there is a problem with text fonts. In my case I needed a specific font and I couldn't find it, it would be interesting if it were possible to include a new font.
