I think your product is fabulous and quite easy to use. My problem is that I have a very part time office and paying the monthly or even yearly subscription is difficult. A per use charge might work better for me.
It was difficult for me (86 years old and somewhat "ok" with Windows 10) to figure how to send the document to my partners vie email for their markup, etc.
overall it is fairly easy to use and it is clear, but it is not straight forward if you want to continue on with the next form, ie when finishing one form 1099 and you wish to do anothe

I like the fact that PDF filler is very user friendly. I use it often in my insurance business

The soft didn't work for me but the customer service (Shennen) was answering in seconds and proceed for my refund!

I like how easy it is to load my documents into pdfFiller & the multiple option for export when I'm finished.
What do you dislike?
Not a fan of the constant email verification especially since I've been using it for 3 years now & this is something just started in 2020 (it seems)

I don't have a fax so its much easier for me to receive email documents, sign them with the signature feature in pdfFiller, and send directly to the recipient from the program. I get a notification, too, telling me my document has been downloaded. This has helped me a lot lately.
