Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Overall PDFFiller is a necessity for all organizations that have to sign and send documents in a daily basis. It is definitely worth it every penny.
The thing I like the most about this software is how easy it makes it for us to fill out forms, sign them and send them to other recipients. In my job, I have to be constantly filling out employment verifications and with this software, makes it extremely simple.
The price at the beginning was a bit high for us but all the functionalities make the price worth because of all the actions it helps me to do in seconds rather to find it different software to complete the same task.
I somehow allowed my subscription to renew, when I actually do not need this service. A quick contact with customer service handled the problem for me and I got a full refund. I was aided by a representative named ***. No hassle!

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.
Useful for filling out applications.
Its been so useful for applications that I'd otherwise have to write by hand. I have arthritis and writing information in tiny spaces is painful and there's never enough room for the answer. This has solved this problem.
