I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Surprised to find out, after filling out the form, that it is a paid service. Customer Service (Sam) was very helpful and pleasant, and sorted things our for me.
I am able to find everything that I need with running my Bookkeeping Tax Prep business from T4's to GST remittance. The price is a great price as I am a small business, it is affordable to small businesses. I am glad that I found this and look forward to using it for a long time.
The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.
Easy to use
Easy to use, has lots of cool features and tools. Gives you complete control and edit capability of docs. Love that you can access it anywhere via web browser and doesn't require software install.
The PDFfiller is super easy to use. I simply uploaded my document, turned my nonfillable PDF fields into fillable fields and now I am able to send them to individuals to be completed with ease.
