At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis. Thanks for caring enough to hear my issue and resolving it in a quick and timely manner. I truly appreciate this and will never forget your extraordinary customer service. The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. One minor niggle: I paid on my debit card and it took me back to the website, whereupon I had to pay again to gain access - not sure if I have paid twice or not. Would have been five stars other than for that.
As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. PDFfiller's user interface helps us with the host of insurance forms that are emailed to us. We simply download them in to PDFiller and our forms look professional and they are easily accessible to save or send back completed and signed.
What do you like best?
Easy to use! I don't do tech well, and this is easy!
What do you dislike?
I'd like to be able to easily add links that are active.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PDF FILLER gives me the ability to secure my documents and files that I share with clients. I no longer have to worry that people are going to just steal my content and use as their own.

Kara was super helpful in resolving a billing issue for me. It was resolved within minutes and she made the process so easy.
What do you like best?
Ability to edit pdf files and general ease of use
What do you dislike?
Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.
