So far so good thou I only used it to print out claims I do like the features it has. I should be upgrading my account in the next couple of months if all goes well.
I just started, I also using Dochub for electronic signing.

It took a few minutes to learn navigation, but once figured it out all is good. Still many features that i have only scanned thru that really look very helpful.

I only needed to use it for a few items I needed to update. The experience was easy and great. I enjoyed using it for what I needed in the moment.
