Unfortunately I paid for PDFescape before I found you. I subscribed to the Ultimate - it was very user unfriendly with absolutely no online tutorials or help - and I am no novice, I have designed and published several of my own websites. I have only just started using PDFiller.com and I am very happy with the product. My only compliant is that I was forced to subscribe to it without the option of a free trail etc When I did a search on the web for a free PDF Editor, PDFiller.com was one of the websites that popped up, I edited my document (which was a theory paper that I had already spent hours on !!) and when it went to saving it I could not without paying for service... so not a free PDF editor!!! And you can not subscribe month to month, you had to pay for a full year. I know that is business but very deceiving!
A very good and friendly in navigating the fields. Need improvement especially in the telephone number field and user address died of CMS 1500 of 2012 and UB04. Unable to include the three digits telephone area code. Address field too small to contain full address including zip codes

It was hard to save as file onto my desktop, until u figure out that u need to go to pdf viewer and then select all pages and do save as. make the save as button to show up easier than going to pdf viewer option to save as.
