Great!! Saves me lots of time where I would have to find the form print it out and then type the information. The only thing that is a problem is the instructions within the form itself. I feel the instructions throughout the form should not be on the printout itself.

I begrudgingly brought the product thinking it was too expensive and the online terms were confusing. However, after using it, I love it! I actually use it frequently now and don't know how I got along without it. Great product!

Support person was very professional and had a great deal of patience. Recommend some kind of tutorial or steps for getting started before filling a form. For example to edit steps 7, 8, 9. To save steps 3,4,5, etc. It would be great if a hot line number was available in some cases. Thanks again for all of your assistance. I really like it so far. The snap to grid text editing is fantastic. The cloud options and email sync are perfect. Nice job. The UI is almost exactly like my Neat scanner software so it's very intuitive.

A feature that is critical to my business broke on Friday. I was able to interface and get updates about the fix over the entire weekend and had the problem solved by the dev team before Monday morning. Awesome teamwork from the folks at PDFiller from end to end. Highly recommend.
