In less than ten minutes I was messaged back by customer service via email, it's 11:15 pm by the way, and the problem at hand was resolved immediately. This is not a robot or program typing this, I am a real human being, my name is Mike and I totally love PDFfiller.
Found the "filler" just in time, as I had mussed up the forms sent to me. From then on I just used the forms from the site Had never used it before. Needed government forms, and they were there by form number. Saved me from performing scanning and downloading, then uploading. Neat job.
It had some really great features but not as easy to maneuver through as I thought it might be. Was expensive with no other option for a company that does not need it that much.
What do you like best?
All-in-one tool that ultimately expedites the process of filling out and scanning forms.
What do you dislike?
Nothing in particular; fixed one-time pricing would be preferable over subscriptions though.

Reducing the amount of physical computer hardware in the office (scanners, printers) through the use of software such as PDFfiller.

Making my job a lot easier using this product. A little difficult to navigate. I'm sure it will come easier with more frequency of using the product.

PDF Filler has wonderful customers service. They provide a very extensive service and if I ever need such a comprehensive program again they will be whom I will sign up with. They took care of my needs and quickly helped me when I needed some extra help.
