Also you need to add the ability to erase to the lowest membership level. You can do a couple of things such as restrict the number of new forms per month, offer a 1-5 form only fee, or only a 1 month membership fee. In the past 3 years I've used this service only twice now as I am not a business.

Our business is an industrial maintenance business. We have had to use PDF filler several times with applications and insurance documents. PDF filler made it easier.
We liked how they explained everything we needed to know to fill in applications and other papers online without having to scan and download everything separately. I always thought it was my computer that was the problem, but with PDF filler, it doesn't matter what software is already on your laptop, you can work with any documents.
Sometimes I would go duplicate a step in saving the document, but after a couple of documents, it was easy to figure out what I should do.

This company is very customer orientated. The company support is excellent. No waiting about for answers to any queries, they reply straight away. They will do their upmost to help you. Very professional.

I accidently was charged after trying this for completing a teacher application and not finding it as user-friendly as I thought for myself. I had a snip of cancelling, so after a few emails I was able to get a full refund. Very responsive!

My 1-month trial had ended and I didn't catch it on time but I reached out to someone and they refunded the money back to me just like that.
