I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I would give it five stars but honestly it is a lot of money per month for me when I rarely use it. That said, when I DO use it, it is a massive time saver. I love the signature features and how well the filler integrates with every form and contract I have used.
Good service
This ia great service, but you shouldn't allow people to fill out entire PDFs just to push them into creating an account and starting a free trial. Be upfront.

I can email important documents immediately upon request. I can edit and sign government documents that are lifesaving for important life necessities. I.e. rental arrears. Rent ledgers. W2 forms, etc.
The darn subscription is too expensive just to use for once a month, or only when necessary. They should have like, one time prepaid options instead of monthly or yearly.
