Generally very good. When you print it saves first which I don't want it to do and "Save As" does not allow you to rename which is not right. Other than that, it does what you want.
Great SAAS for individuals who want to archive and update forms periodically. Final product is neat and most of all easily validated with digital signatures.

It's good that we have this product cause we can just sign PDF's without printing.
Sometimes it's hard to place the 'typing icon' in the right place for filling in information or data.

I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! Fast and great service. Program was great but we didn't really have use for it. We forgot to cancel after our trial and was charged. Totally our fault. I contacted them and they handled this immediately. Talk about fast service. 😊 Thanks again.
