The ease and operation was fantastic. I get confused very easily with all the new technology. With PDFFILLER I was able start at file I found in the browser and fax it, import a file and email it without any trouble. I will be using this a lot.
The application is smooth and easier to maneuver through all the features. I am impressed with the set-up of tools and the ability to move easily throughout the site to get documents edited, saved and printed.
I think your site is well designed and has substantial potential. But being unfamiliar with all the choices, my initial effort at using your site took a little longer that I had hoped it would. But that is a minor critique. i'll do more exploring at a later date.
I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I have arthritis real bad, and it is painful to hold a pen, and fill things out. The ability to do all of this for my nurses, and care-provider's, with PDF filler online is a true blessing. I like that I can erase parts and add text of size and font that I like and move it around so it's where I want it. When I erase part it doesn't cause the rest of the document to move around. It stays put. That is essential when I am editing a document with a puzzle at the bottom.

I love having the ability to sign and fill in PDFs that are usually hard to make changes to. I like my files to be clean and typed up, instead of me printing off, then writing on and then scanning back in. PDFiller makes the whole process so much easier.

I haven't found any downfalls that irritate me.

I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly.

Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time.
It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.
Exceptional! The only thing missing is the ability to set permissions on documents for viewing and downloading. Other than that, exceptional cloud services.
