small business. Now I can do anything without having to print and scan. even works from phone. Mainly use with gmail and google apps and it is awesome.
After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.
I have been very happy with the functionality thus far. I may be interested in a webinar in the future. A survey in a month or two would allow me a better sample to assess how PDFfiller will work to meet my needs.
I hate when I fill a pdf, then have to log in, and mistype my password, so by the time I've logged in I've lost ALL my work. Otherwise, it works flawlessly

I ordered the yearly subscription instead of monthly and was easily able to fix this via the chat box on their website! Great customer service!
It works great and I had 1 slight problem
It works great and I had 0 problems until I had to sign up for a subscription before being able to download the very important documents I had started. Would be better to let people know beforehand unless I, myself, didn't see such thing.
