I can accomplish most of what I need, but can't use the erase feature unless we pay another9.99 a month. I think that's excessive. Other than that, I like the system.
I wish it would edit pictures so I can erase and/or add text; it is not very accurate in determining the the input areas on forms; it changes the font on some .pdfs that are uploaded.
This application saves me significant amounts of valuable time in the clinic
The most desirable feature of this application is the time that it saves on recurrent clinical and axillary paperwork for my clients
The most tedious aspect is searching for past documents which dont seem to search by just part of the title
Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. She was incredible she should be given a raise, a brand new house, a new puppy, and definitely a homemade cake. you should use her to train for your customer service experience there’s not very many people that are helpful as she has been and actually help the problem without getting an attitude and saying it’s your fault.
I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.
